Every effort is made to obtain items locally or regionally to ensure quick delivery. Electronic delivery of journal articles in PDF format is always requested, and usually available.

• Most items are available for free from other libraries. If there is a fee, you will be asked to provide an account number.
• Materials may take anywhere from three days to three weeks to arrive, depending on where in the country they come from and how unique they are.
